French Fries (Russert or Sweet Potato)
Ingredients
- 1-2 sweet potato / russet potato
- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- seasoning to taste (paprika, Chili powder, cayenne
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Cut russet or sweet potato into 1/4“ thick match sticks
- Toss fries in large bowl with canola oil
- Add Salt
- Add whatever other spice(s) desired
- Spray cooking/baking sheet with cooking spray
- Spread fries evenly on baking sheet
- Place sheet in top 1/3 of oven
- Bake 20-30 minutes checking at the 20 minute mark depending on the potato
