French Fries (Russert or Sweet Potato)

Ingredients

  • 1-2 sweet potato / russet potato
  • 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • seasoning to taste (paprika, Chili powder, cayenne

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Cut russet or sweet potato into 1/4“ thick match sticks
  3. Toss fries in large bowl with canola oil
  4. Add Salt
  5. Add whatever other spice(s) desired
  6. Spray cooking/baking sheet with cooking spray
  7. Spread fries evenly on baking sheet
  8. Place sheet in top 1/3 of oven
  9. Bake 20-30 minutes checking at the 20 minute mark depending on the potato
