Little-Green-Apples Home Fries

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 package Potatoes, breakfast, diced, frozen
  • .5 pound Turkey steak diced
  • 1 large Apple, granny smith chopped
  • .5 tablespoon Cracked black pepper
  • .5 tablespoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Dump in the potatoes, turkey, and apple. Sprinkle with the seasoning mix. Stir to mix, then let cook for 5 minutes. Turn the mixture over with a spatula. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes, turning every few minutes to brown the potatoes on all sides.
