Greek Style Watermelon Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, cut in cubes
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olive, chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- chopped parsley and mint
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
