Oven Baked Spiced Fries - V 2

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun spice
  • 1 teaspoon Tarragon optional
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large Red russet potatoes or red yukons

Instructions

  1. Clean potatoes (scrub skin)
  2. slice in your choice of wedges or cubes – keep them fairly equal in size
  3. place in large zip bag - potatoes, spices, oil
  4. seal and shake
  5. place on non-stick pan
  6. bake at 400’ till done – around 35-45 min (if you want to cook these along side your dinner and it takes say an hour lower the temp to accommodate - ie 325 (1 hour), 350, 375)
  7. (sometimes i turn them - most times not - they be brown and crispy when done)
