Watermelon Caprese Recipe
Ingredients
- 24 cubed watermelon
- 24 sliced black olives
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 24 slice sliced mozzarella
- 1 handful mint
- 1 dashes spice black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Take warm water in a bowl and dip mozzarella cubes for 25 minutes. Take a salad platter and arrange watermelon cubes over each one of them and place a mozzarella cubes. Top it with sliced olive and mint leaf.
- Prepare dressing by whisking balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over prepared salad cubes and sprinkle chopped walnuts.
- Serve immediately.
