Watermelon Caprese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 cubed watermelon
  • 24 sliced black olives
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 24 slice sliced mozzarella
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 dashes spice black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take warm water in a bowl and dip mozzarella cubes for 25 minutes. Take a salad platter and arrange watermelon cubes over each one of them and place a mozzarella cubes. Top it with sliced olive and mint leaf.
  2. Prepare dressing by whisking balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over prepared salad cubes and sprinkle chopped walnuts.
  3. Serve immediately.
